My keyboard is locked up . I can turn the pos on/off but no other keys work.
I can't use the menu/unlock function because the keys don't work.
Any suggestions, anyone else have this problem?

and I also took the sim card out and reinserted it .
I also let the battery drain and fully recharge.
What the heck, break it all down and rebuild.

i removed the battery and the sim card. I also let the battery drain down and fully recharged. Might as well do a complete "rebuild".
