Good grief, that is more than worrying...
I hope this gets a lot of press - it should be an impetus to those who create the equipment (hardware and/or software) to think hard about quality and reliability. And whether or not it is worth it and how you arrive at your response to it's worth...

Ghosts in the machine? For anyone knowing a thing or two about CMMI, high-stability software, and software validation/verification working on that piece of artillery or ANY other armed and automated/semi-automated artillery - you've got your work cut out for you.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
