Robo Email Prevention Question

Jun 16, 2013 9:56AM PDT

When entering letters and numbers, that I believe are used to prevent Robo emails, do I have to use upper and lower case letters?
I have a heck of a time getting those to take, and have to repeat them several times.

It's Called CAPTCHA
Jun 17, 2013 12:38PM PDT

I found out what it's called. It's 'CAPTCHA (an initialism for "Completely Automated Public Turing test to tell Computers and Humans Apart' according to Wikipedia.
I've had to use this several times and sometimes have a problem to get it to accept what I've entered. I just got a Dell laptop with Windows 8 and had to do it in registering the laptop.

In that case you call Dell.
