Roberts letter to Specter and Leahy...

by Edward ODaniel / February 5, 2006 5:13 AM PST

Rather interesting and I note that he too has taken a look at United States v. Truong Dinh Hung as it with its cites it pretty definitive.

He also mentions being well briefed on it (as was Rockefeller who, if he didn't understand it as he now says, could have conversed with Roberts contrary to Rockefeller's remark that he couldn't talk to anyone about his "concerns").

RINO Specter may achieve meltdown yet.
