The Rio Karma was my first MP3 player. I purchased it after reading various write ups exalting it's many virtues. The day I made the purchase I downloaded 2500 songs to the unit using it's very capable interface and quick USB 2 connection. I was very satisfied with the unit until the following day when it failed to boot up, apparently, due to a disk failure. Using their web site and their support form I wrote them asking for assistance. The site say's they will get back to you with 24 hours but after waiting for three days I decided to take the unit back to the store for a refund. When the unit is functioning it is impressive but if something goes wrong your in trouble. Would strongly suggest getting something to extend you beyond the 90 warranty. Also, for what it's worth I noticed a toll free sales line but not toll free for service.
Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly
Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
