I'm thinking of getting a Rio Karma. If any one has one, could they tell me if it's worth it?

I love my Rio Karma. I read a lot of mixed reviews before buying one, so I took out a 1 year extended warranty. I've had it for 6 months now and not one problem
I think I might buy a three year warranty. I'm trying to figure if it's worth $20.
how do you get this warranty? I have had my rio after 1 month, the scroll wheel broke and I am sending it back to rio for replacement. also a couple of times the hard drive locked up. the first time after it happened the battery ran down and then when I put it in the dock it was fixed after recharging. The second time was last night. It fell out of my pocket in the car between the seats and when I finally fished it up it was locked. Couldn't turn it off or play it. had to wait until the battery ran down again. I put it on the dock like last time, but now it still wouldn't turn back on, then by accident I fumbled it - when it fell it started working again! anyway I love this thing and am quite addicted. but I want something that will keep it working. Where do you get this warranty!?
The only thing it doesn't do is play video! Oh also I wish you could subfile stuff. If you know how...?
