ringtones won't download

Hey Guys,
I am curently with T mobile and I am using a LG 9200 cingular phone. I got it from a friend and love it so I just switched sim cards, Anyway I went online to my tmobile carrier and selected a ringtone, but it won't download, phone keeps saying network not avalible.. How can I get the ringtone I want if its a cingular phone and I am with tmobile?

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
