right-click problem

by kimberleyroung / June 15, 2007 2:57 AM PDT

Hello everyone,

For some reason when I right-click on a picture or a link on the web -the menu comes up but I cannot highlight or click on any of the menu options. It was working just fine 3 hours ago and now it's not. My right-click works fine on my desktop - just having a problem on-line. I have no idea what happened - I'd appreciate any help

Thanks!

They installed Norton and set all security settings to high. It was such a mess I just wiped out Norton and installed something else. Again, it was such a mess I didn't bother to find out what setting in Norton it was. In closing, there are likely other "security" softwares that can inflict this issue.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
