Question

Right Click extremely slow

Feb 10, 2014 1:09AM PST

Win8.1 - When I attempt to use a right click function (delete, rename, etc.) on a file, it is extremely slow (e.g. 3 minutes) to complete the action.

How can I fix this?

Also, I could not find a "search" on this forum - is there one?

Answer
I wonder what's in the right click context menus.

It's usually some addon but try the old right click editors. Search is currently at the top right of the forum screen.

I'll follow the link you provided and see what I can do. When you say "find out what's in the right click menu" ... how do I do that other than right clicking?

Thanks for your response.

Thanks for you response. I'll try it if the regedit/jmenu delay fix doesn't work.

For some reason, my screen does not have a search box .... I'll poke around and see if there is some option I have set incorrectly.
