Ribs are on....

They'll be done in 5 or 6 hours, maybe 7, after slow cooking in the smoker all day. I'll add some Silver Queen Corn over the fire near the end to go with the baked beans and slaw Grin

Hi Clay,
MMMMMMmmmmmm, I can smell those ribs from here! We're grilling steaks, and adding taters, mushrooms, pasta salad and a little Hoppin John to the party.
