RIAA Contradicts Self

Feb 15, 2006 7:09AM PST

Quote from digg poster:

<quote>

As a music lover who's spent nearly $10,000 on music since my teens I, was offended at the recent article from the EFF that states the RIAA is claiming that ripping music to your iPod is violates Fair-Use. The RIAA's own website in the "Issues:Ask the RIAA" section completely contradicts this idea. Read the part about their "stand on MP3."

Can't someone sue the RIAA for anti-trust or something? There's no competition in the music industry .. it's RIAA or nothing. Sounds like a monopoly to me .. Happy

Parody

In light of all this RIAA brouhaha, I found this parody video someone made of those warning messages you see on rented or purchased movies:

Sounds right up the RIAA's alley. Enjoy! Happy
