We'd intended to put a basic CPU (just for Web and basic word processing etc -- probably a barebones Dell or HP) in a cabinet underneath a flat screen monitor that also doubles as a TV in our kitchen. Is there a RF remote or Bluetooth solution that would allow me to turn the PC on and off without having to open the cabinet every time? (It's in a kind of awkward location.) A Dell rep just told me that none of their systems will do this. I know there are lots of RF solutions for controlling AV equipment out of line-of-sight; are there not analogous solutions for a PC?
Thanks!
