Jan 8, 2019 12:32PM PST

Hello,
I'm having a difficult time with the following issues.
1. Can't delete the Advast Signature off of my email.
2. Can't delete Bing and insert Google Search instead.
3. I can't send an email from my account. It has a red * (star) and says 'sorry your email can't be sent at this time please check back later. I doesn't send email at all.

Thank you!

HI,
Using Windows 10, Outlook for email, Msn provider.

use the process

Outlook should do as thunderbird I think and if you create a profile, walk you through it, where you put in the mail provider and it automatically puts in the proper servers used such as POP3, SMTP, IMAP. You then enter your email address and it's all done.

FireFox the problems?
Jan 8, 2019 1:23PM PST

I'm sorry. I don't understand. All I know is that I use hotmail and msn. I don't know if the new Windows 10 changed settings or what. But, I have to use IE if I want to send an email. Firefox will not send my email. And I updated it.

you said Outlook for mail

IE is a browser, not an email program, unless you are talking about using webmail account.

Tried cleaning brower still to no avail.

Sorry, I meant to say browser. I'm just a bit frazzled that I can't fix this problem. Some sites say it might be Avast. My browser is clean. I have done a scan, a malware scan also. It still happens. TYI

IE is deficient. Something with the webmail site may have changed. Tried Edge, Firefox, Chrome on the webmail site yet?

Anthing other than FF works

I use IE when I want to send an email. It works fine. Someone said somewhere it might be outlook, but if that was true then; It wouldn't work on IE either. Right?

The consistent thing I run into

Is that I must have 2 or three other than Microsoft Browsers to keep going.

No one seems to see this to be a problem but it appears there are a few that want to ask "Why?" I don't since this issue has been here for over a decade now.
