Keep in mind the usual I find is just driver woes. Folk are leaning on Windows Update for Drivers and nope, that and Driver Managers are just trouble if you look at what comes into the shop.

While they do have a HDD that I'd replace they seem to have fixed it by getting the drivers the old fashioned way. Like "Pepperidge Farm Remembers."
