Does anyone have any experience with online reputation management software that helps SEO for your website and directs reviews to your website?

A little and it's all bad news.

As Google changes the rules these apps tend to fail and actually harm your rank.

This is why you should keep up with SEO Forums and spend way too much time on this.

My advice is to forget SEO and go for quality products folk want. Also, in the USA shipping costs can undo a sale. Try to strike a balance on shipping. Make it a non-profit part of the sale.

As an app author I deal with only my apps but know a lot of developers. What you are asking for as a feature is a good idea. So my advice is to take what you have now because of your post at https://www.cnet.com/forums/discussions/review-software-with-dashboard-emails/#post-ec74d423-4f40-42b2-b97c-2b79b6855c3e and do what I wrote there.

However I do know folk that are working SEO and the news there is almost always painful as well, by now you know so I don't have to tell you that SEO changes too quickly for you to hang onto any one method for too long.
