Returning Just Repaired Unit

Looks like someone in the Northern NJ repair place didnt test it.
BD-P1600. I sent it to them to be repaired. Stuck on loading. Got it back with 9/30 software but it still wont read any media. Call Samsung 800 # and back she goes. BTW, if it goes back 1 more time and its not fixed, I can have them escalate and it is supposed to be replaced. I wonder if the 9/30 fix hasnt been tested on every version of every model. I should ask for a discount on my next Samsung purchase for my patience. I own a Samsung 32" LCD and a 52" 750 LCD as well.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
