So I hard-deleted the webcam software by accident, using Destroy Windows 10 Spying software. Is there anyway to restore it? I looked on the drivers etc on the Dell site but I can't seem to find it. It's a dell Inspiron 15-7559. I've tried third-party software for webcam but the GUI is too small (I made a separate post about this problem).

Most likely it's not a driver. If you can't find it, ask Dell Customer Service.
I assume you didn't take the trouble to call Dell with your questions. Nice to see that you prefer the help on this forum above their own help.

I don't know where the poster found it, but google found the title in http://en.community.dell.com/support-forums/laptop/f/3519/t/19403701 and then I found the content in a link in that discussion.
