Restore deleted partition and files

by GlennQuinlan / July 16, 2006 1:23 PM PDT

I deleted the partition on my External Hard Drive that held my backup files. I can see the files using Recover My Files. Does anyone have any experience with this sort of thing and are there any other options or software that I should research/explore?

Should Work
by terryparker / July 16, 2006 2:40 PM PDT

I have had to do the same thing in the past. I use/d Recover My Files and TuneUp Utilities 2006 (it has a file recovery program in it). They have both worked fine and never caused me problems!!
Hope this helps!!

I also usually use EASEUS Data Recovery Wizard to recover lost data on my hard drives. It has always worked so far. The details please see: I wanted to share but also wanted to make sure that I didn't stray from the forum rules.
