I seem to have deleted an important file, so how do I restore the computer to how it was yesterday?

It should be somewhere in Start>All Programs>Acessories (assuming you have Windows XP).

Why not google XP SYSTEM RESTORE (gives very useful hits on the first page) to find it if Start>Help and Support doesn't help enough?
