restore brought me back to windows

by mauifrankie / June 18, 2005 10:44 AM PDT

our computer couldn't satrt properly, one of the options offered was to start from the last known restore point. we chose that option and the pc came back to life, but sort of in a previous life, meaning it is now functioning with a windows 98 look. how do we go back to xp?

If you right click start as in previous post you should find properties, click on this and then click on Start Menu tab. There are then two options, start menu, and classic start menu. Click on start menu, customise, and apply.
