I am from Indore (MP).
I purchased Sony TV (Model number: KDL-49W800F) last year on 5th Nov 2018 and after 8 month I started facing issue where my TV restarted while running. I complaint it on customer care but they send a non technical guy and he just did factory reset and the problem was still occurring so we complained again and they asked to submit the TV on service center but after 1 week they said there is no issue you could take your tv to home, But we started facing the issue again.
I complaint it on consumer forum then one of your guy MR. Nilesh Garg told us to resolve the issue and we again sent my TV set to service center and they said we have replaced your motherboard and you will not face the issue again. But from last 20 days we again started facing the same issue. I complaint on customer care and they said we will send a service engineer in 1-2 working days but from last 7-8 days they haven't called us neither sent any engineer. [Complaint number: 56963823]
If they don't have capable engineer to resolve the issue of TV set then I want my TV replacement and money back. I really frustrated with sony service center. Whenever we called they just asked for TV model and ask the same problem again and again but they don't do anything. I purchased TV which cost is cost of 800000 / - just because of TV brand.
Now I really want my money back .
Let me know what to do.
