Resolution Online

by jerrywh1 / May 4, 2012 12:20 PM PDT

XP HOME, 4GIG of RAM, The resolution when I go online is different than the resolution on the desktop. In the Control Panel the setting is 1360x768. That is what is on my desktop. When I go online the resolution change to something much less than that. I've tried different browsers and homepages. Any ideas? Thanks

Most likely it problem with your video/graphic card drivers. First of all make sure that on your browser that the page zoom is set to 100% an not something, if it isn't 100% then change it to 100% and it should fix the problem. If that does not work try updating your video card drivers. If that does not work please if you can upload some screenshots so i can have a look at whats wrong. Hope this helps

BINGO! I was unaware of the "zoom" option. I set it to %100 and it solved the problem. I'm very grateful.
