Reset Windows Network password

I have forgotten my Windows network password. How to reset it? I am running ME.

Not 100% ure, but I believe this will do it:

Search your system for files with *.PWL extension and rename them to *.OLD.

Reboot and when the logon prompt appears press enter (DON'T type anything).

See if that does it.
