Reservation script of Ventrilo, mIRC, warservers

Hello! working on a game community, and would need help making a script.
It is so that we will have a server where we initially will lease Ventrilo / mumble servers, and would need help to do / how to make such a script googling mass looked around not found anything directly that can help.

Ps have Googled check everywhere for help, etc. so it's already done DS
