Research in Scottrade

Inside my Scottrade account there are research documents that when clicked on immediately open with the message "Session timed out" This happened during an update at the first of the year. I would like to know if anyone has a suggestion to fix this condition. Before the update the research documents opened normally.

Sounds like something you need to take up with the administrators of that site.

What upgrade?

I have scottrade and use Mozilla browsers with no trouble. However I did add the scott web site to allow cookies and more.
