Then you become an e-mail guru yourself.
Anyway, the answer is NO. A reply to all replies to the sender and all cc's of the mail. Not to e-mail addresses that are only mentioned in the body of the mail. And not to bcc's either.
If A sent an Email to B, and B replied an Email to A. Then A forwarded B's reply to C, and then C clicked on "Reply All". Does that mean B will also receive C's Email? Looking forward to your early reply. Thanks!
