I am confused is this a residential or business account?

Often there are local business internet providers who cam run a fiber solution for you nut you will pay business service prices so if this is a residential account that may mot be what you want to do.

Call or text or whatever comcast amd explain what happened and see if they can just fix the bill would be my reccomendation.

In the event this is a business account with comcast, call the business services, not 1-800-comcast/xfinity as they are residential support only.
