I am confused is this a residential or business account?
Often there are local business internet providers who cam run a fiber solution for you nut you will pay business service prices so if this is a residential account that may mot be what you want to do.
Call or text or whatever comcast amd explain what happened and see if they can just fix the bill would be my reccomendation.
In the event this is a business account with comcast, call the business services, not 1-800-comcast/xfinity as they are residential support only.
I IM'd comcast for a problem with my email. Along with saying he would fix my problem the person I worked with said he would lower my cost, up my speed and give me TV basic - all for less. After confirming I would not pay for additional services, since I don't have TV, he said he would send me a modem. (I kept a copy of conversation) What arrived was set top box. No modem. Call #2 determined the box didn't work. Call #3 said the charges on the bill were correct, which were not, but a modem was sent. Said they had to send someone to put a filter on my line for the new service. Internet stopped working when that person came out. Modem arrived - didn't work. Called comcast - they said the line wasn't working they would send someone out. Person came out, fixed whatever and left. Bill now $236 for repairs/installation charges. I run a business - what can I do for internet? I live in a semi rural area of WA. Is dsl or Satellite my only options?
