Replacement toner cartridge for Laserjet

Aug 9, 2006 7:17AM PDT

I have been given a used HP Laserjet 2100 and need to buy a replacement cartridge. One from HP cost about $98.

Is there a less expensive, reputable alternative from a third party? Can you recommend any online places to buy a replacement cartridge?

Thanks.

In my experience, money well spent.

I buy from the local office depots/outlets, like OfficeMax, Staples, etc. as they provide decent pricing and good product. Depending on your needs that will fit most users, but if you're into alot of printing then check out any local refillers, but not those home DYI'ers. As for online Xerox offers good deals but you must look into bulk purchases so expect to buy more to get some saving. If all you need is "one/1" then check local sources. google for others, review InkFarm and Carrot.
