replacement to windows explorer

Is there any replacement to windows explorer?
I want a software with cool animations...i don't care if it uses a bit more resources of my computer.
I'm talking about animations like picasa image viewer.
& did i mention its for windows vista.

But remember that a file explorer is for exploring files/folders. If what you "need" is really cool graphics, you need a new video game or a movie, not a tool designed for productivity.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
