replacement apps for adaware or others sold by non us compan

smaller banks etc are banning charges to lavasoft & spyware doctor can anyone advise replacements?

You didn't tell a lot but here in the US it's a non-issue. Adaware, Spybot and Free AVG AntiSpyware are "free" so not a dime to quibble about.

Just sharing that I find nothing every since I switched to a non-IE browser. You could dodge a few bullets by doing same.

thanks I stopped using ie long time ago use either Firefox /Netscape my little credit union just started telling me what I can buy with my card this year and like to keep it secret until you see charge denied. They lied to me too told me they were unblocking but were not avoid Hawthorne Credit Union in Ill.

Ahh, what I use for the little things is PayPal.

I thought of that too but my cu used the company name which indicates location and that was denied. Don't know why it's not liked everytime I used it no problem you have to understand the fine print as to disputes you only recover a portion, pretty slanted toward pay pal but better than checks
