Question

Replace or buy new pc ?

iam use my pc for visual studio and sometimes gaming, now iam playing fortnite.. but when i run recording through OBS and game at the same time my gpu is 100% and cpu 90% and the recording is come out bad. i dont want to buy a new pc only if this is the only option... if iam thinking about future wise.
this is my pc :
Intel I5 3470 3.2Ghz + Shagon ARC-118 SV Ball
 Gigabte GA-B75M-D3V
Kingston 8G DDR3 Hyper-X RED 1600Mhz
SSD Intel 120G SataIII
Sapphire 7970 3G GDDR5 DP
Seasonic 750W PFC 80+ psu + PCI-E 4XSata

so what do you think ? can i upgrade some parts or buy a new pc ?
