Unfortunately, I'm not aware how to or able to assist with suggesting how to repair that. If the liquid crystals behind it are okay, I wouldn't recommend doing anything to it. Doing so might break the crystals, and that would be the early demise of the panel.
The other option is to have the panel replaced, but that's usually not an inexpensive fix.
