Folk need to see what the doctor recommends. I haven't seen a doctor answer such in these forums so mayne webmd.com is next?

It's contact dermatitis

All the doctor recommends is trying to figure out what it is and avoid it. I can use steroid creams etc. in the meantime. It's not any sort of soap or detergents - those have been ruled out. I've had a problem with wearing rings in the past, so I do suspect it's the screws inside the machines.

Same question for the doctor.

Some folk react to latex or other materials and there are anti-static gloves for those that work in electronics. But the doctor is the person to ask about finding the causes.
