removing unwanted programs

Using Windows XP we are unable to remove Limewire or Limewire shop from the computer by normal means such as add-remove programmes. Any help very much appriciated

...if Limewire or Limeshop don't show up in "Add/Remove Programs" try this:

1. Open the LimeWire/Limeshop folder in the location where you installed it. (Probably the C\Program Files folder.)
2. Then open the folder UninstallerData.
3. Double click the incon named Uninstall LimeWire or similar.
4. Follow the on screen prompt to uninstall the program

Next, because Limeware installs lots of spyware onto the machine....please download, install, update, then run ALL of the three spyware removal programs from the links below:
