Question

removing security password and other settings on a given Exe

If someone has applied a few security levels on an Exel 2013 file...would it be possible to revert that file to its original state...without interfering with the integrety of the data within that file? something such reinitialise, in a Browser.

Someone played so much with the settings that it wasn't just a password issue and so I couldn't 'undo' everything.
I copied over the content into a new file and this worked-out for us.
