removing programs VONGO and DEALIO Toolbar

I am using Windows Vista home pre. on my HP Pavilion 9000 laptop and have tried to rid myself of the Vongo program AND the Dealio Tool bar. I can not get it sent to Recycle Bin, nor can I get it to uninstall. I think it may not be a great hindrance to my use of this computer, but I find that, having blocked it from accessing the internet I get this constant message that the attempts to connect with the internet have been blocked. Scolling over my screen over and over an now I want to contact a witch to put a curse on those who installed these to items at the factory, HP in general, etc etc etc

Does anyone know how to uninstall these items or perhaps a good curse for those who put it on here at the factory.
