You'll have to delete the lines for the additional two entries inside boot.ini file. For details, read the example from the following MSKB article:

Hi! So, in my quest to format my stubborn hard drive (a completely different topic altogether), I ran Windows Setup a few times, and now I'm stuck with two instances of Windows Setup in addition to my OS proper.
I'm not sure if I'm explaining this clearly, but I'll try. When I boot up, I'm immediately sent to that OS Selection screen, and there it lists those two instances of Setup along with Windows XP (the one that works). Not only is it somewhat messy, but it also prevents me from getting in to my BIOS.
So the question is, how does one remove those extra Setups? Thanks!
