removing Bonus View window playing while watching movie

by IronJasper / July 26, 2009 11:27 PM PDT

Hello
i've got a samsung bd-1500 with latest firmware available (2.4) and im really going mad with these Bonus view window!
Tryed all the "combo" around internet to stop showing it but no way.
Strange that i had the same problem with Star Trek TOS bluray and then after some time i retryed and there wasnt that window anymore.
Now i tryed to watch Matrix Revolution and Reloaded and here it comes again! There is no way to remove it, tryed hitting Info but you cant change anything in the the Bonus View section. Tryed to select "No" under Message of the Samsung player.

Please any valid solution?

Thanks in advance

I have the same problem with Dark Knight. If I hit the Info then Disk Menu button it goes away.

If I pause or stop then restart I have to do the Info, Disk Menu again.

IronJasper,

All I have available is the XAA, if you're referring to the region code of the player. I just don't have access to firmware updates from other regions outside of the U.S.
