Get the pgm. REVO uninstaller free ver. 1.95(google for it). Use it to uninstall any pgm. you deem not needed. These are pgms. you review and check/verify you don't want, require or find unsed, etc., then click to uninstall with REVO. I use the "advanced" setting and allow it to do whatever it wants and it does this safely. Once you remove 1 pgm. reboot and check results. You repeat to the next pgm., as required. You needn't always reboot, but I tend to do so for thw 1st removed pgm. and YES you can only remove 1 pgm. at a time. If doing this does all you need, then OK.

If not, then read the manual on restore/recovery of your PC using the build-in s/w -OR- discs you SHOULD have created during initial 1st time use of PC. You didn't provide details, so that's a guess on our part what you have. However, most OEM type PCs, like Dell, Acer, Compaq have a process that is shown in the manual or via thier support website how to start it all. Don't do anything in this area until you're aware of what's required.
