Re: subtitles

When do those subtitles appear? For example:
- when I look at a subtitled movie on a DVD in my DVD player (what player?)
- when I look at the BBC News via my cable box
- when I view a Youtube movie via the Youtube app
- etcetera

About page 45 in the manual.

"Special Functions

Press and hold the following Smart Touch Control buttons to access various special functions.

Press and hold this button to select Audio Description and Subtitle. (Depending on the country or region.)"

Strange that the manual does not mention closed captions.
