Remove Linux for 64 bits.

Jul 18, 2010 7:08AM PDT

Good evening everybody,
Where I can find SuperGrub ( for remove Grub and restore MBR when removing Linux on the hard disk ) for Windows Seven 64 bits ?
Here I have the version 32 bits :

http://developer.berlios.de/project/showfiles.php?group_id=10921

More clearly, I have installed openSUSE in the internal hard disk next to Windows Seven and I want remove openSUSE to have only W7 ( I have installed FEDORA in an external hard disk.

Thank you very much for your answers.

Got to change that name;

I worry when people use names like supergrub or SUPERanything. Superman is the only thing I believe in.

It is Linux live cd for *reinstalling* GRUB. It works well on 64 bit systems.
If not there is other similar tools like systemrescueCD.

If you remove GRUB you will end if with not functioning system at all, because you will be unable to start OS!
You only can reinstall it or istall something else instead it. On example microsoft ntlr which is on all only windows systems.

So I install GRUB in the MBR of the Hard Disk of Windows ?
After I play the disk GParted to remove openSUSE and format to NTFS.
That will be for next time because I have played the disks of restoration Windows Seven.
Thank you very much !

You can keep GRUB and boot witdows with it or you can use windows repair and install ntldr link above.
And if you want remove Linux just reformat Linux partitions. You have to keep small /boot partition (maybe even less than 100 Mb) if you want keep GRUB.
