Is there a "Tweak" utility (other than TweakVI Basic) for Vista or some easy way to remove the arrows on the shortcuts place to the desktop?

Its the second program in the list and if you click on it, at the bottom of the box that pops up you can choose 32-bit or 64-bit.
Thanks, the program is very easy to use. So far it gets a "Me Likes" rating.
P.S. About the "Me Likes" rating...a long time ago, my brother (who lives in another state) and I would send each other links to FREE software to see if we liked it. When a program did what it was suppoed to do with no fuss it received a "Me Likes" rating.
