Question

Remove a Program on Laptop

How do I remove the programs: Adwcleaner_7.0.3.1; Adblock Plus IE Setup File Ver. 0.0.0.0; ATF Cleaner.exe File Ver. 3.0.0.2, none of these are listed in the Uninstall Programs in the Control Panel? I do need detailed instructions on how to remove these programs and any additional files associated to these programs.

Sorry only a guide.

Windows PCs are not standardized enough for step by steps. That aside you seem to be showing an .EXE which looks to be the SETUP FILE and not installed. This is the app that installs the app so there is no uninstall ever for these. You click once on them and tap the delete key. It's that simple.

I believe there is a file which needs to be removed. Can you provide any help with that?

Your post didn't clearly state which file.

But did write "Adblock Plus IE Setup File" which is just a single click then tap the delete key to remove.

Setup files have never been shown in Add/Remove programs so that's why it doesn't show.

Can you reveal where these files are showing?

A setup file is just that. It might be there to provide

In reply to: File inforrmation

It might be there to provide an uninstall but let's say this app is gone but some stray files left over.

Why not delete them and clean it up?
