removal of text in display window

Jul 5, 2010 4:27AM PDT

when one right clicks on a web page... send link, back, forward, reload etc...appears as it should but I have additional text added by a download manager that I no longer use . I have uninstalled it with Revo and all of its components also I have searched the registry for bits but have found none my question is where is this text hiding so I can rid myself of this innocuous text
