I like Netviewer Support a lot, also use it to support both my mother and my wife remotely. Good thing about netviewer is that it works really well through firewalls, which is required to access my wife's PC at work.

On the same site there's an article on ShowMyPC which is also OK, as long as there's no firewall involved.
Hello, my mother recently had a problem with her computer and she called Dell, they accessed her comp remotely.
What is good to use either, the native remote stuff, or is there some better program, She has Windows Vista Home Premium, I have Windows XP Home SP3, and my other is Windows XP Pro.
I remember the old days of using Netmeeting, that was slow.
