Remote Control

Dec 10, 2009 8:35AM PST

Hello, my mother recently had a problem with her computer and she called Dell, they accessed her comp remotely.
What is good to use either, the native remote stuff, or is there some better program, She has Windows Vista Home Premium, I have Windows XP Home SP3, and my other is Windows XP Pro.
I remember the old days of using Netmeeting, that was slow.

BEST REMOTE CONTROL FREE SOFTWARE IS TEAMVIEWER
Dec 19, 2009 5:50AM PST

The best FREE !! software to use as Remote Control so you can help your Friends is TEAMVIEWER at ,, www.teamviewer.com

But your Friends also need to Download on to their PC so you can use Teamviewer to Remotely control and Fix their PC problems right from your home .

Even if your friends are in other Countries all over the World !!

And you can do all of this for FREE !!

So far I have NOT had any problems when using Teamviewer and they UPDATE their software frequently .

Good Luck

PS : If you try to use their software for Profit then if will NOT work any more ,, they have some code built into it that can KILL the program when you try to use it for Profit .
