Remote Connection to Windows PC

by planetjupiter / December 14, 2008 10:42 PM PST

I have one unattended Windows PC at remote location. it is connected to my Win pc on LAN. I want to install Oracle on that machine, but I will not be able to enable remote desktop sharing on that pc. All I have is the IP Address of that remote pc, its administrator password. Is it possible to access that remote pc's desktop ?

Please help me.

No, not without some kind of remote access software installed and listening for an incoming request.

So you, or someone else, will need to go to this remote location and enable some kind of remote control software. May as well just install the software while there too.
