I can't tell how this PC was hacked from the story beyond it was left on and probably unlocked which means anyone could use it.
So recently, i checked my laptop (which I have a bad habit of keeping on over night) and found a new user called "guuests" which instantly clued me in to the fact i was hacked. I don't have a guests user, let alone one spelled incorrectly. Plus it had a password. I logged into my account which was still admin thank God, and changed the account password then logged onto it. First i checked the files there, and yup, there was anydesk right in the downloads (probably as a backdoor). There are no other files, so i check my search history for every browser. Chrome first and what i see is a website for plane tickets and a new outlook account. Fraud probably. I told my brother and he looked around on my computer then disconnected it from the internet and told me to take out the battery of my laptop. He contacted some service to report fraud and they just asked me questions like "do you feel you would benefit from emotional support" and then tell me to go to a technician. I know the hacker is Arabian since he typed in it, and lives far, since the search results were at 12 am. I am unsure of how he accessed my computer but it was probably a RAT. What should I do?
