Resolved Question

Reminders Issue

Feb 2, 2015 2:41AM PST

I usually use the alarm function in my Motorola Moto G's in-built system for most of the major big/long term reminders. But for shorter ones, I was thinking about using Google Keep since that is what I use as my "to-do" list app. I didn't find the Google Now very enticing either, in terms of actually reminding me for things I need to do. The Google Keep one just vibrates without any sound notification for reminders. Usually I keep my phone on vibration 90% of the time I use it, since I am in a class or scientific lab where I don't want my co-workers being bothered by any additional sounds. But in terms of reminders, I need something that would give me a vibration as well as a sound reminder. So far, I haven't found the ways to enable sound notification in the Google Keep app nor Google Now one. Could someone help me out here on this?

Thanks

The solution that Google's employee provided there is quite outdated. It does not apply for current Google Now or Google Keep apps. Is there any way I could contact Google directly, maybe Google Keep or Google Now teams? I wasn't able to find any online so far.

Thanks.
