When they tried to compare her fiasco to the "Capone Vault' and Geraldo, even THAT flopped because at least Geraldo didn't KNOW the vault was going to be empty and he wound up with 200 job offers out of that showing.....she KNEW her 'vault' was empty and she's tanked and being deemed not credible anymore by her own liberal media folks. She wasn't 'ignorant of the facts'.....she just made a bunch of them up to kill time on her show and 'get through it' since she had hyped it so heavily.

So, clearly, the judge misspoke as a FoxNews consultant/commentator/whatever his title is there....but even your link admits that "three intelligence sources" HAD given him that information. Only time will tell about whether they were 'shadow government' people who deliberately gave him false information knowing he would comment on it. And other than correcting his statement that it wasn't FoxNews but himself, he hasn't walked back any part of the actual information he was given.
