Question

Reinstalled by mistake

Aug 27, 2016 6:06PM PDT

Hello All. I have made a terrible mistake. I have W10 on my desktop. Today the comp. froze. When attempting to get it back to normal somehow I ended up reinstalling w10, therefore all my private files and folders disappeared from where they were. I found them in a folder on the desktop. How do I reinstall these 30 or so files. I'm desperate for help, I'd be so grateful for any help.
Regards,
Jim.
